Busy day today with everyone going in different directions. Two had a dinner meeting, one had a borough council meeting, one was out driving her Grammie around, and one was home. Nobody cooked, but some food was consumed anyway. Leftover bits of ribs from Sunday dinner seemed to be the most popular grab.
Today’s dinner? Something containing leftover slices of pork tenderloin — stir-fry? Taco-ey concoction? We’ll see.
